Tis The Season
Tis the season for fearmongering. So my Comment on a FB Post—Links are below to it and to the article it directs one to:
Does anyone still seriously believe this crap?

The article has the usual BS: Flu, RSV, CV1984. Numbers up, panic, stay home, deprive yourself of oxygen, shoot up.
What does that mean?
If you believe we're sicker than ever, then the medical system, governments, and media, have been complete and utter failures—and complicit. Time to do something different.
If you don't believe the made-up numbers, then the medical system, governments, and media, have been pathological liars—and complicit. Time to do something different.
Eat organic as much as possible. Detoxify periodically. No Glyphosate, Aspartame, Splenda, or “Vaccines” (YOU are the “virus” they want to eradicate). Do your own research, and beware of the scammers that “sound good” but don't produce significant and meaningful results. Supplement, give your body the materials it needs to do the healing—your body's intuitive healing abilities are amazing, properly nurtured. A quality organic nutrient powder is a good start—perhaps experiment/rotate several since there's no one universal answer, and not everyone has the same underlying causes/deficits/challenges.
Give yourself the occasional “treat”. Still stay away from the bad stuff listed above. A piece of organic chocolate. A pastry made with raw sugar and USDA organic flour. A soda made with cane sugar, and not with GMO poisons. Savor! It's not really “expensive” since you're only indulging once in a while. And the savings to your health will be immense, while you still get a special “boost” from time to time.
Have fun. What's the use if you're not experiencing some genuine joy? There are plenty of inmates in the “nursing homes” of America, drugged to oblivion (“A well-medicated patient is less labor-intensive”). They are technically “alive”, but is that “living”?
Moderation. Don't stop doing the proactive good stuff just because you feel better. Enjoy the journey.
