On second thought don't rent out any space in your head. Consider that space very exclusive real estate. When you let them know the cost of buying, they will leave you alone. Make it an ultra restricted neighborhood where the majority of people don't even bother going to buy. They occasionally pass by to experience that which they will never be part of.
