In The Yard
At the government indoctrination camps, it's called “Recess”. Where they call a prison a prison, the term is, "time in the yard".
How about shortening the school days by an hour? The students can learn so much more on their own. It certainly doesn't take 6 - 7 hours a day for 12 - 14 years to provide students what they need to get through life. Reading, writing, math, some science and history.
And how to utilize logic and analytical thinking. Oh wait—those are strongly discouraged by the government “schools”.
Indeed, with parents taking the role of parent back from the government, the students would be worlds better off.
