She will also be answering your healthy brain nutrition questions.

Day 3: Is It Possible to Optimize Brain Health and Avoid Disease?
This session will answer whether it’s truly possible to achieve optimal brain health, and to maintain a sharp, healthy brain that lasts for as long as you live. And more so – we’ll discuss how long it takes to feel a difference in brain function once you start to implement brain boosting lifestyle changes. The fear of brain fog, vascular disease, Alzheimer’s and stroke is real, but you’ll learn you have much more control than you may currently believe.
