From Jonathan's email:
We had the wonderful Dr. Tom Lewis join us and I’m still in awe of what he shared.
Key insights from Dr. Tom Lewis’ 2020 research on C0VlD-19 and chronic diseases:
Dr. Lewis and colleagues published a paper in May 2020, showing that comorbid conditions significantly increased CVD-19 severity and mortality. (Hence the high death rates.)
Early in the “p@ndemic,” the term “cytokine storm” was frequently used to describe the extreme inflammation. This inflammation was treatable, but the focus on managing it was later downplayed in favor of vaxx-focused discussions.
Most athletes have a high pre-cytokine status, which is why many of them died suddenly, despite being young and fit.
Practical recommendations for barrier immunity and daily health:
Chlorine Dioxide for Oral Health: Use an inexpensive two-part chlorine dioxide mix. Mix three pumps of each part, wait two minutes, then swish, gargle, brush, and spit—without rinsing.
Deep Tissue Penetration: Unlike other methods like coconut oil pulling or regular toothpaste, chlorine dioxide gas penetrates deep into tissue, effectively reducing harmful bacteria in the mouth.
Moderation to Preserve Oral Microbiome: Limit chlorine dioxide use to once or twice a week to protect beneficial oral bacteria while targeting pathogens.
And SO. Much. More!
