"Consequences", How Passé
My Comment on KSAL's FB Page that Linked the article below:
"Fine" means that what you did is a-OK as long as you cut the government in on a piece of the action. Back in the day, when someone recklessly put the lives of others at risk, there was actual punishment, not buying your way out of consequences.
