To start off, a wonderful woman named Inga shares her positive experience with Dr. Thomas Lodi’s healing approach. She shares about its focus on healing the body rather than just targeting cancer. A holistic approach that turned things around for Inga. She explains:
“I opted for Dr. Lodi's approach to healing as opposed to the conventional healing because it wasn't as destroying to my immune system. It was important for me to maintain my health and I'd seen so many people go through regular treatments that really had been ravaged by the treatment. The thing that also impressed me was that it wasn't focusing on the cancer as much as it was focusing on the body; focusing on the healing; focusing on what causes disease and what we can do to repair it and heal it, which was really refreshing when you consider that conventional medicine just wants to cut it out; burn it out. They're at war with the body and everybody has to take their own journey but it made so much more sense to me to come to peace with my body and to give my body what it needed to heal.”

In this episode, we also have Dr. Thomas Lodi, who shares a two-week regimen involving glutamine, aloe vera, and probiotics for repairing tight junctions within the gut:
“You can do glutamine and all these things, short chain fatty acids, aloe vera, probiotics. And what you're doing there is you're preparing the gut, you're healing the gut. We all have leaky gut. In other words, in our gut, the cells should all be connected by tight junctions, so nothing can leak into the blood.
So anything in your gut is considered outside the body. Just like the urine in your bladder is considered outside the body. The feces in your colon is considered outside your body. It's just in storage. So anything in the GI tract.”

We also have Dr. Nathan Bryan, who explained the role of our microbiomes, and everything that has been used as a bioweapon to destroy it. From C0VlD… to certain soaps and even certain mouthwashes!:
“It seemed during C0VlD, everything that was recommended by the so-called experts was counterintuitive and led to higher susceptibility of infections, poor outcomes, and actually death. So there's this whole concept of the hygiene hypothesis of good health. So the microbiome, the bacteria that live in and on our body outnumber our human cells 10 to 1. And, these bacteria are true symbionts, meaning, they provide important metabolic functions to the human host.
And, if we eradicate the bacteria through the use of antibacterial soaps and antiseptic mouthwash and really putting masks on and eradicating the microbiome actually makes us more susceptible to viral infections. So I encourage people, don't use antibacterial soaps. Don't use antiseptic mouthwash. Get rid of fluoride. Allow the bacteria to flourish in and on your body because what we're finding is if we have a diverse microbiome, that's the bacteria in our mouth, in our guts, on our skin, then it keeps the bad guys at bay. So we need the good guys, a healthy microbiome to prevent the opportunistic pathogenic bacteria from making us sick.”

Dr. Syed Haider gets into some practical lifestyle adjustments that can give you MASSIVE gut recovery and overall health. He actually advises eating breakfast within 30 to 60 minutes of waking up.
Dr. Haider also shares that you should maintain consistent meal times daily, and have dinner early, preferably before sunset:
“So you eat an early breakfast at the same time every day. And 30 to 60 minutes within sunrise. So you want to watch the sunrise, you want to stand there for 30 minutes, and that 30 minutes could be right after sunrise. It could be anytime until 9 or 10:00 AM and eat really early, but choose a time, eat at the same time. And then, if you still need to eat another meal, you can have lunch or brunch or a very early dinner.
So you want to stop eating very early before the sun goes down, maybe 5:00 PM or something. This is what our ancestors used to do, and then just go to sleep. So you want to give your stomach a break, and not be eating food for 5 to 6 hours before you fall asleep. So pretty early dinner. And the other thing, so at the same time every day, choose your time and eat at that time. If you miss your mealtime, do not eat until the next scheduled mealtime.”

Dr. Thomas Lewis also joins us to give us a detailed analysis of how the jab and CVD-19 destroy your microbiome:
“Now, what Dr. Hazan has showed is that certain things like the jab, the SARS-CoV-2 viruses can destroy certain strains of our good microbiome.
And then that leads downstream to bad outcomes because you're not getting certain nutrients absorbed appropriately. And nutrients play a critical role in maybe not stopping the disease. That's what your innate and adaptive immunity is for, but certainly impacting your ability to repair and recover from the damage that's done. And these two play very important roles.”
When it comes to the jabs and CVD-19, iIt will take us a lifetime to educate ourselves about the damage they’ve caused, even at the minutest level.
This is REALLY a call for us to start combating at least the things we already know about it.
