We kick-start this episode with Dr. Ben Edwards, who shares openly about how when he first started to practice medicine… He was also just like many other doctors, simply treating the symptoms and not addressing the UNDERLYING causes of his patients suffering:
“Everything's going great except for the number one thing. The patients weren't getting any better. I knew that in my spirit, I knew something's off.
It just seemed everyone's sick, nobody's getting well. But I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. I'm doing what I'm trained to do. Until one day I met a doctor, a divine appointment, I call it.
My nurse practitioner at the time who was as allopathic as I was, went to a bed-and-breakfast one weekend in a town north of Lubbock called Amarillo and my nurse practitioner had celiac disease. He told the bed-and-breakfast lady, "Hey, I need a gluten-free pancake because I've got celiac." She said, "Okay, we can do that for you. But by the way, there's a doctor here, he could cure you of that." And, of course, my nurse practitioner just laughed at her. He was polite about it, but he's thinking, “There's no way. You don't cure celiac.” But she kept pestering him and just to get her to leave him alone, he said, "Let me talk to this guy and get this over with."
That doctor spent four hours talking to my nurse practitioner, convinced him that there are ways to steward your body that could allow your body to perform better.
Whatever that doctor said convinced my nurse practitioner to at least try some of this stuff. It was all natural. It wasn't too crazy. My nurse practitioner implemented these diet and lifestyle changes in the ensuing three to four months. His gut cleared up. He had three gluten exposures in one day. He was totally fine. Came back to work the next day, fine. And that opened my eyes.”
Dr. Edwards goes on to share amazing therapies and protocols that have proven to transform lives and restore health.

Following that, we’re joined by Dr. David Brownstein, who shares about a life-saving protocol that was named after him, the Brownstein protocol. This incredible protocol has been tried and tested over the years, and has proven incredibly beneficial in helping many people. It’s even been great for C0VlD patients.
You’re not going to want to miss hearing what it is! He says:
“Dr. Robert Rowen named it after me, who was a co-author in one of my papers during C0VlD that we wrote together. But the protocol initially started with taking high doses of oral Vitamins A, C, D, and iodine. And all of these have antiviral properties to them. They have immune-supporting properties to them, and they all have a one-two punch against viral illnesses. The Vitamin A dose was 100,000 units a day for four days; the Vitamin D was 50,000 units a day for four days; Vitamin C dose was 1,000 milligrams every waking hour until either they felt better or they got side effects, which was usually for Vitamin C, loose stools, and iodine. If they weren't on iodine, I would put someone on 25 milligrams a day when they were sick with an acute illness. It didn't matter viral or bacterial or parasitic or any illness.”
But of course, some patients were already on iodine. So for those, he says:
“And if they were already on iodine, they'd have patients double their dose until they felt better and then go back to the original dose. In addition to that, particularly during flu season and upper respiratory things, I would have people nebulize a dilute solution of hydrogen peroxide and iodine and they would use 5ccs of normal saline into a nebulizer and then put one drop of Lugol's 5% iodine solution and 1 drop of hydrogen peroxide, 3% food-grade or medical-grade peroxide and nebulize that until the solution is gone. And we've been using that successfully, and they certainly weren't dying at anywhere near the reported rates.”
If you don’t know just how important this is, humans cannot produce iodine…so it must be consumed. It is added to some foods and also to salt.
According to WebMD, “Iodine reduces thyroid hormone and can kill fungus, bacteria, and other microorganisms such as amoebas. Iodine deficiency is one of the most common and preventable world health problems.”

Right after him, we’re joined by Dr. Jeffrey West, who shares his journey of using black salve. Despite initial skepticism, he decided to try it because he had heard that it can target cancerous tissue while sparing healthy cells. He says:
“There is a black salve from Ecuador that cost me back then $55 plus shipping. I used it topically. And it said with pictures of multiple people that it could destroy cancer. And so I said, "It's $55. What do I have to lose?" And it said it wouldn't damage normal tissue. So I said, "Well, chemotherapy, and surgery has fallen. It damages tissue. At least this doesn't. So let me try it." So I tried it. So after 48 hours, I noticed dead tissue on my arm. And after about a week it fell off, and then I let it heal. I used probiotics with wheat germ oil, and then it healed back up again.”

Dr. Cammy Benton also joins us to talk about the basics of our health, starting with what we eat.
She points out how many of us have lost touch with where our food comes from, with lots of artificial foods filling our grocery carts. Even foods labeled as sugar-free may not be real food at all:
“We've really been disconnected from what actual food is. On top of that, due to modern agricultural farming practices, our soil is very nutrient-poor. And so, we put in a lot of synthetic nutrients into it that our plants, because it's synthetic, doesn't know quite what to do with it. So even the foods that we eat are not as healthy as they were 100 years ago, and we'd all love to eat organic food. I would love to find ways of buying all that farmland that Bill Gates owned and create some good, healthy, happy organic farms. But to truly have something truly organic, we might even need hydroponic foods at this point with the greenhouse and filtered air and filtered water because of all the Roundup, all the glyphosate that's in the air and the water and the groundwater because our neighbors and schools are still spraying Roundup everywhere, and that we're learning is so harmful for everyone's health.”
