Altho in this day-and-age, I don't know that it's particularly healthy in any sense to get permission ("License") from the government for anything.
Or more to the point, obtaining permission ("License") from the government.
I've long been moving toward, "If the government approves of what I'm doing, maybe I'm doing something wrong".
Is getting a government License tantamount to getting License-Permission from The Church Of Satan?
Or until the right one comes along.
